We wish to introduce Ms. Jennifer M. Canta, of our company, Ceres Summit Corporation, as Merchandiser.
She will be responsible in selling, promoting, and refilling the product of the client. In her stay with Gaisano CDO
Group, Ms. Jennifer M. Canta is directly employed by Ceres Summit Corporation who shall be responsible for her
salaries/wages/benefits as provided for by the law. She shall not be considered as an employee of your company
but our own employee. She will be under our control and supervision and shall not perform duties of your regular
employees.

Ms. Jennifer M. Canta will be assigned to one of your outlets/branch at Gaisano Butuan starting February 15,
2022 until July 15, 2022. She will abide/follow the rules of our agency, which are aligned with the general rules
and regulations set forth by your company.

Likewise, in case where she commits/violates any of the company rules of Gaisano CDO Group of Companies,
you as our client, may coordinate with us, so we can take action and impose disciplinary action. While she is being
investigated, we guarantee to provide a replacement for her. In case of pilferage and other crimes that may result
to damage to your company and is proven guilty proper during investigation, our company has the sole
responsibility to return and pay off/charge the loss incurred as a result of the pilferage investigation and/or to any
other similar incidents such as mentioned above.

Further, this is to set her schedule:

Duty Days : Tuesday & Friday Time Schedule : 9:00AM – 6:00PM
: Sunday : 3:00PM – 7:00PM
Schedule of Meeting : Notice by the Office Break time :
Duration of Month : 5 Months Day-off : Monday

It will be highly appreciated if your office will notify us immediately regarding and infraction or violation committed
by our employee.
