We are pleased to hire your services with Tentacle SSO Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia. The offer is subject to
documentary proof of your educational qualifications and work testimonials and also conditional upon
you being free from any contractual restrictions preventing you from accepting this offer.

You are being designated as SERVICE DESK ANALYST - ENGLISH

Your appointment will commence on 22nd July 2021 by reporting at the designated office address on time.

During your tenure of service with us, you shall not participate in any outside business during office hours
while in your employment with the Company. If you are found to be doing so, we shall be entitled to
terminate your appointment forthwith.

The compensation package and other terms of employment are set out in the enclosed schedule. These
terms and conditions may be amended and or varied by the Company from time to time. Your
employment by this Company will be conditional on the correctness of information supplied to us in the
course of your application.

If you accept our offer, please sign the duplicate copy of this letter and return the same to us. Please note that
in the event that we do not receive a reply from you within one (1) week from the date hereof, this letter of
offer shall automatically lapse and be deemed null and void.

1. SALARY, ALLOWANCE & FACILITIES

Basic Salary: RM 3,100.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Three Thousand One Hundred

The Employee shall have to undergo a probation period of up to three (3)
months from the date of commencement of his employment. At the end of
this period, the Company reserves the right to confirm or terminate the
Employee's employment, or to extend the probation period to review the
Employee's performance. Upon completion of the probation period and if
there is no adverse report the appointment is automatically confirmed. No

During the probationary period, the Employer or the Employee may


terminate the appointment by giving one (1) month notice or by paying one
(1) month salary in lieu of such notice to the other party without assigning
any reason whatsoever.
The Employee's monthly salary will be paid to the Employee by cash until
the Employee's open the bank account, whereby the salary will be paid

Salary for a particular month will be paid by 5th of succeeding month.


You will be eligible for EPF / SOCSO subscription as per government
guidelines. Please note: Subject to changes as per KWSP/SOCSO guidelines.

Once you confirmed, your salary will be reviewed annually in conjunction
with, and are dependent on, the outcome of the performance appraisals. Any

Leave Eligibility
All the leave should be applied and approved by Reporting Manager / HR

It is mandatory on the part of every employee to pay income tax as per the
rates and guidelines issued by Inland Revenue Board (IRB), Malaysia.
Applicable tax would be deducted from the salary every month and paid to
Income Tax
the tax department.
The employees are required to file the Income Tax returns every year as per
the prescribed formats and submit a copy to TT.
In-Patient: Group Medical Insurance coverage.
Medical Insurance Out-Patient: RM 750.00 Claimable per annum, prorated on the first and last
year of employment.

OTHER TERMS OF OFFER

Place of Work Tentacle SSO Sdn Bhd., Kuala Lumpur or at client office.

Contract Tenure You would be on Twelve (12) months contract plus extendable.
Dress Code Formal business attire.
Working Hours Working hours will be as per agreed work schedule with your manager.
The Employee shall report to the Manager of the Company.
The employee should perform and comply with all the instructions,
directions, duties, and responsibilities that are assigned to the Employee
from time to time by the Company.

Faithfully serve the Company and use his best endeavors to promote the
interest of the Company and shall devote the whole time and attention to and

During his / her employment under this Agreement shall not divulge or

The Employee's primary job responsibilities are more clearly defined. These

Resignation / Either party may terminate the employment by giving 2 months’ advance

The Employment may be terminated immediately without any notice period
under the following circumstances.
• Performance is unsatisfactory during any given month and it leads
to termination of service or project by the client.
• Behaves in a manner, which disturbs the work either at Tentacle or
at its client place.
• Un-professional behavior and/or attitude towards work and the
reporting manager
Termination • Fails to protect the confidentiality of information supplied to
him/her either by Tentacle or by its client.

Tentacle will not pay the employee the salary for that month. The company
will also recover notice pay and hiring cost and any other contractual
obligation cost that the customers may impose on the Tentacle.

Should there be any legal implication the expenses will be fully born by the
employee.
In case of termination or resignation from the services of Tentacle SSO
Restrictive Clause (TSSO), you are restrained from working with the client/s directly or
indirectly with whom TSSO has been business relationship, for a minimum

period of 6 months from the date of cessation of services from TSSO unless
otherwise there is a written consent from TSSO.
The company expects the employees to apply their common sense in sending
/ receiving electronic mail (e-mail) and voice mail messages, and in the use
of the internet online services, International Telephone facilities, and the tools
used for their access.
E-Mail & Internet
Chat Policy
Employee may not use these services for personal financial gain, political,
religious, or charitable campaigning, sending any offensive or insulting
messages or pictures. The employees are advised not to initiate personal
chats during office hours.
All employees are required to complete the projects / assignments well
ahead of the completion schedule and contribute to the success of the
company and customers.

Employees should do proper documentation of all their activities related to


work as per the company practice. All employees who are part of any project
and required to know/share information related to any project are required
Work related to sign a project specific NDA.
Documentation
All development team staff needs to maintain daily backup on server and
follow the IT guidelines of the company. The timesheets and weekly reports
need to be submitted on a weekly basis to the reporting Manager and a copy
to the Admin department. Please note that it is mandatory to record your
daily attendance in the morning/evening using the card access system. The
salary will be computed and credited only when all these three steps are
completed.
Tentacle SSO Sdn Bhd treats all customer related information with regards
to their projects, software codes, IPRs, processes, documentations, with
utmost care and signs NDA (Non-Discloser Agreement) with the customer.
Employee will be covered under all such NDAs that the company signs. All
employees who are part of such projects and required to share information
are required to sign a project specific NDA. Employees should not discuss
issues relating to Company's property, products, customers, ideas,
information, plans and strategies with party's external to the Company.

The company related information/project documentation/Software


Application & Source Codes developed, couldn’t be disclosed to any third
party outside the company or to unauthorized personnel with-in the
Proprietary company during employment or after your termination from employment.

Failing to protect the proprietary and confidentiality will be referred to the


legal/law enforcement authorities of Malaysia and country to which the
employee is a citizen.

Employees should not discuss certain in-Company issues such as salaries


and personal details. Employees privy to such information are encouraged
to practice discretion and to strictly refrain from openly discussing or
divulging such information to unauthorized personnel within and/or
outside the organization including customers.
Your obligations under this clause continue after the termination of your
employment for any reason. The provisions of this clause are without
limitation to any rights that the company may otherwise have at law.

Upon termination of your employment for any reason or at any other time
upon the request of the Company, you must deliver to the company or its

possession or control which belong to the company or relate in any way to
the business or activities of the Company.

The compensation package is confidential information between Tentacle and
you. The Salary information cannot be disclosed under any circumstances to

failing which the company will revise your salary to 90% of your original
salary.
You must disclose to the company all relevant details of all works,
inventions techniques, ideas, concepts, designs, developments and
improvements made during the course of your employment or with use of
any of the Company’s time, materials or facilities, whether made or
conceived alone or with others.

The Company has, to the exclusion of you and any other person claiming
Intellectual Property through you, all right , title and interest in and to these works, inventions,
techniques, ideas, concepts, designs, developments and improvements and
any industrial and intellectual property rights which may be obtained to
them. You must, when required by the company to the register any patent,
design, or other right or otherwise do all things necessary to give effect to
this clause.

The provisions of this clause are without limitation to any rights that the
Company might otherwise have at law.
You acknowledge that in addition to any right of the Company to damages
for any breach of this agreement, the company is entitled to, and it is

Unless otherwise agreed with you, the terms and conditions of employment

breach of the same or any other provision of this agreement.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or otherwise


General Clause unenforceable, that provision will be modified (without affecting the parties’
original intention), or otherwise severed to the extent necessary to make the
remaining provisions of this agreement enforceable.

This agreement is governed by and to be construed in accordance with the


laws of Malaysia. Please indicate your acceptance of this employment
contract by signing in the appropriate space below and returning the
duplicate of this letter immediately and in any case within five (5) working
days from the above-mentioned date.

The contract set out in this letter is the entire contract between the Company
and yourself. You acknowledge that, in entering into employment with the
Company in accordance with the contract set out in this employment
contract, you do not reply upon any prior or concurrent undertaking,
representation, warranty or contract made by the Company which is not
provided for in this contract. We are glad to have you join in our fast-growing
organization and we look forward to having a mutually rewarding
relationship.
Governing Law This agreement shall be construed and interpreted according to the laws of
Malaysia.

DECLARATION

I had studied the contents of this appointment letter and understand that it is legally binding on me
during my employment and after my employment termination with Tentacle SSO Sdn Bhd.

I shall do my best to promote the company’s interest in line with the best International business practices,
ethics, honesty and integrity.

I also give my commitment that I will do everything to complete the projects/activities within the
scheduled time frame. I further undertake that I will be constantly upgrading my skills and knowledge
required to do complete such projects/activities.
