Dear Sir,

OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT WITH TSMN (M) SDN BHD

We have the pleasure in offering you the position of Technician Electrician with TSMN (M) SDN
BHD on the following term and conditions :

1. SALARY
You shall receive a monthly salary and remunerations amounting to RM 1,400.00
(One Thousand Four Hundred Only)

2. COMMENCEMENT DATE
You commencement date will be on 23/02/2021

3. PROBATION
3.1 Probation shall be within three (3) month period. During the probation period, the Company
reserve the right to terminate your service without having to assign any reason there of.
However, prior to your termination, you will be given two (2) weeks notice in writing informing
you of such termination or by paying you two (2) weeks salary in lieu there of. You are also
required to give two (2) weeks notice in writing or pay two (2) weeks salary in lieu of such
notice should you wish to terminate service at your own record.

3.2 Upon satisfactorily completing your probationary period and have been favorably appraised
by your Superior, you shall be informed in writing of permanent employment with the
Company.

4. INCREMENT
Your annual salary increment, if any, is not automatic and is granted at the discretion of and
approval by the Management, subject to satifactory of your job performance.

5. TERMINATION
5.1 During your probation period, Clause (3) above shall apply. On completion of the probation
period and upon confirmation, the notice period for termination of contract is three (3) months
on either side or by by payment of three (3) months salary in lieu of such notice.

5.2 For all case of termination, your final salary will be only be released after you have
satisfactorily completed a checklist detailing that you have returned all Company’s properties.
This checklist is to be verified by your Superior and further approved by the Company’s
Director’s before submitted to Accounts Department.
6. MEDICAL EXAMINATION
This offer of employment is subjected to you succesfully passing a medical examination
carried out at any nearest/assign General Practitioner. However, any pre-existing illness shall
not be covered by the employer.

7. HOSPITALIZATION / MEDICAL BENEFITS


7.1 Paid sick leave will be allowed up to maximum of fourteen (14) days annually, where
hospitalization is necessary, it well be sixty (60) days in a year.
7.2 Medical benefits entitlement will only commence after confirmation.
7.3 Maternity leaves allowance only applicable after 1 year of service.

8. ANNUAL LEAVE
8.1 Your leave entitlement is eight (8) days per calendar year. Leave entitlement will be based on
the years of service and shall be prorated accordingly.
8.2 You are not entitled for any leave during your first three (3) month tenure and any leave taken
will be considered as an unpaid leave.

9. HOURS OF WORKS
9.1 A 48 hours per week is practiced in this Company and your duty shall be scheduled by the
Superior
9.2 You maybe required to work on shift duties or on call duty if necessary, and on some
occasions, you may be expected to work additional hours, if need be.

10. CONTRIBUTION OF EPF,SOSCO & EIS


You shall contribute through the Company your share of the Employee Provident Fund,
SOCSO and Employee Insurance System and the Company will contribute its share as an
employer according to the current Employee Provident Fund, SOCSO and EIS Ordinance.

11. INCOME TAX


Your tax deduction will be based on PAY AS YOU EARN scheme, if applicable.

12. FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT


Your employment is full-time and therefore you are not allowed to be employed either full-
time or part-time with other Company or organization. You are also not permitted to engage
yourself in family bussiness except with the prior permission of the Company.

13. CONFIDENTIAL & SECRECY


In the course of work, while under our employment, you will have access to highly sensitive or
important information and you shall not disclose or divulge at any time either during your
service with us or thereafter, any such knowledge or information save in the course of
discharging your duties during your service with us.

14. CONFLICT OF INTEREST


As you are offered full time employment you shall not, without the company prior permission,
during the continuance of your employment be engaged or interest, either directly or indirectly,
in any capacity in other trade, bussiness or occupation.

15. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


15.1 You will report directly to the immediate Superior or Company’s Director. Your scope
of work will be given on a later date.
15.2 In view of your designation and job responsibilities, you are expected to be
contactable and able to respond promptly to any calls from your Superior or Company’s
Director.
16. TRANSFER
The employer reserves the right to transfer you to any other departments within the
Organization during your terms of employment. This transfer should be construed as in good
faith for your future development and to be exposed to other function within the organization

17. RETIREMENT
The retirement age for the employee shall be upon attaining the age of 60 years unless
otherwise specified.

18. PERSONAL DATA


The Company would be required to obtain, store and process data from employees.
By accepting this offer, you have agreed and consenting the Company to store and use your
personal data and disclosing your personal data to the relevant goverment authorities / third
parties whenever required.

19. UNIFORMS
If you are required in your job position to wear uniform when you are on duty. Please return
the same once you decide to terminate your service.

20. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Any terms and conditions that is not specified by this letter would therefore comply with the
Employment Act of the Government of Malaysia.

If the terms and conditions are acceptable, please sign on all copies of this letter to indicate your
acceptance of the offer and return it to us for necessary action.
