Dear Sir/ Madam:

We would like to request from your good office for the extend the service of our personnel Mr./Ms. RONNIE
CASTILLO of our company JOB CONNECT RESOURCES INC, for our client LUXENBERG MARKETING INC
as promodiser . He/She is responsible for push selling, promoting/merchandise the products of our client.

In his/her stay with LCC SUPERMARKET AROROY Mr/Ms RONNIE CASTILLO is directly employed by JOB
CONNECT RESOURCES INC who is responsible for his/her salaries/wages/benefits as provided for by law. He/She
shall not be considered as an employee of your company but our own employee. He/She will be under our control and
supervision and shall not perform duties of your regular employees LCC SUPERMARKET AROROY starting
January 5,2023,2022_to_January 31,2023. He/She will abide/follow the rules of our agency, which are aligned with the
general rules and regulations set forth by your company.

Likewise, in case where he/she commits/ violates any of the company rules of LCC SUPERMARKET AROROY
you, as our client, may coordinate with us, so we can take action and impose proper disciplinary action. While he/she is
being investigated, we guarantee to provide a replacement for him/her. In case of pilferage and other crimes that may
result in damage to your company and if proven guilty during investigation, our company has the sole responsibility to
return and pay off the loss incurred as a result of the pilferage investigation and/ or to any similar incidents such as
mentioned above.

It will be highly appreciated if your office will notify us immediately regarding any interaction or violation committed by
our employee.
