2. The duration above-mentioned does not reflect his/her actual employment contract of the
above-named person with Stargate.
3. Stargate reserves the right to send a reliever/replacement and/or pull out the above-named
person at any time.
4. In any case, the employment contract of the above-named person shall prevail.
5. Failure of the above-named person to update the intro status with the undersigned within 48hrs
from intro date is considered denied by the outlet thereby giving the undersigned the authority
to send a new applicant / employee for intro.
