EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

Dear Ms. ____Clara___,

We are pleased to inform you that on the basis of your qualifications, the Management
has decided to engage your service effective ___May 23, 2016___ with the position of __Office
Staff__ as ___reliever__ employee to __Ms. Juana Dela Cruz__. You shall continue to be
classified as such for the period not to exceed ___Five (5) months___ expiring on ___October
22, 2016___, unless we notify you in writing before the latter date that your name is transferred
to the permanent payroll. During that period, you will be working on a trial basis so we can
determine your qualifications and suitability for the job. We reserve the right to terminate,
without prior notice for any just cause, your services at any time during this period of
__reliever__ employment.

By the virtue of your employment under the present management, you shall receive a
monthly compensation of __Thirteen thousand pesos and 00/100__ broken down into ___ Basic
of P12,600.00 and COLA of P400.00____ payable every _____15th and last day of the
month__________. Any additional payment or benefits of whatever nature are entirely at the
discretion of the management. Salary adjustment would depend on your performance from time
to time.

Your employment is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. You agree that you will abide all the company rules and regulations that exist and/or
may hereafter be promulgated and it shall be your duty to study and know the rules
immediately upon promulgation.

2. You agree to abide with the established working hours of this company and waive
any right to ask for time lost from the established working hours.

3. The company shall be responsible for any expenses you may incur in the execution
of your duties unless the management, prior to the incurrence of expenses, duly
authorized the same.

4. You agree that all records and documents of the company and all the information
pertaining to its business or affairs are confidential, and no unauthorized disclosure
or reproduction of the same will be made by you at any time. Otherwise the same
would be sufficient cause for termination of your employment.

5. You agree that all company records, documents and properties in your custody or
control should be all secured in the safes before leaving your work area. Moreover,
all company records and assets shall, if requested, be immediately surrendered to
the company during the employment period and on the termination thereof whether
or not requested.

6. You agree during the entire period of your employment, to some other work other
than your present assignment and/or other place of your work for such period as
may be determined by the company.
We encourage you to discuss with your supervisor any questions or problems which you
may have from time to time, and to make suggestions in connection with your job. We are
always receptive for suggestions for improvements.

You will be reporting directly to __________Ms. Yvette Sy____________.
