Dear Ms. Jesy Yu,

It is with great regret I must give notice of my resignation, effective immediately, I apologize for
not being able to provide you with more notice, and I humbly ask that you accept my resignation
from the position of Benefits Administration Services Associates II this day, July 5, 2022.

While I am aware that I just completed my probationary period and am considered a regular
employee, however, over the past few months, as some of you may know, I have been highly
depressed due to a lot of reasons. Some personal and some health-related, these reasons have
wreaked havoc on my mental and emotional health. It is threatening to affect my work. Given
these points, it is in the best interest of both me and the company that I resign so that no harm
is done on either side.

Recently, I have been advised by the doctor to take some rest. I am very saddened by this as I
enjoyed my job, the people I worked with, and the company/account I worked for. You and the
management staff had made my tasks enjoyable for the most part. Please understand that this
is a general sort of stress that is not attributed specifically to my job.

I am truly grateful to you for providing me with a chance to work with an amazing team and
training me as patiently and understandingly as you can. I will miss you and everyone else at the
office. It has been a real pleasure to work for you, I am very sorry that I am not able to leave on
better terms.
