    To whom it may concern,

    I am writing this to formally notify you of my resignation from my position as Customer Service
    Representative. For the past months, I had been experiencing headaches and cough due fatigue
    and lack of sleep. I am afraid that it will further affect my health, as well as, my work in the
    future. In addition to that, I also decided to look for greener pasture that will give better career
    growth, convalescence and good well-being.

    I cannot thank you enough for all the opportunities and experiences you all provided during my
    time with the company (Concentrix).

    I would like to wish the company all the best for the future.
