I am writing to express my most genuine apologies for the delay of delivering your order of our
face masks and syringes.
Our company’s delivery trucks had damages. Consequently, it took almost 3 days before it was
fully repaired and safely functional.
At Healthcare Supplies, Inc., we give importance to our professional relationship with you, our
valued customers, and we always make sure that our customer’s satisfaction will always be our
top priority. However, we admit that this time we failed in meeting your expectations. Because
of this, our Delivery Department has already been directed to undertake certain measures to
prevent delays in the future.
I hope that you are still interested to make us your supplier. The supplies you ordered is with this
letter. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with respect
to our failure to deliver the supplies immediately.
