Dear Mr. Marven Ruyeras,

I am writing to express my sincerest apologies for being unable to respond immediately to


your request for a copy of our testing specimens, analyzing complex blood and bodily fluid
tests of laboratory services.

Our company, with its newly appointed administration, has been experiencing a series of key
staff changes for the past weeks, which may have resulted in your letter of request being
overlooked. Consequently, it took almost two weeks before your letter reached my office.

At San Pedro Hospital we deeply value our professional relationship with you, our customers,
and we take pride in ensuring our client's satisfaction with our services. However, we admit
that this time we failed in meeting your expectations. Because of this, our Communications
Department has already been directed to undertake certain measures to prevent
communication system failures in the future.

I hope that you are still interested to avail our services. Attached herewith are the company
testing specimens, analyzing complex blood and bodily fluid tests of laboratory services that
you have requested. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or
concerns about these documents.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with
respect to our failure to communicate with you promptly.
