Dear Mr. Delos Santos,

FY2021 Compensation Review

We are pleased to advise that the Annual Salary Review FY2021 has been completed. Despite
the very challenging business environment disrupted by COVID-19; the management has
decided to accord you with an increase in your basic salary based on your performance review
for FY2021.

Effective 1 April 2021, your fixed monthly Basic Salary shall be adjusted to Php 15,750.00 per
month.

Unless otherwise stated, all other terms and conditions of your employment remain unchanged.

Code of Conduct & Business Ethics & Whistle Blowing Policy

We would like to reiterate that at all times; all employees are required to adhere to the Code
of Conduct and Business Ethics, a copy which we signed when we first joined the Company.
Attached is a copy of the full version of the Code and the Whistle Blowing Policy for your
reference.
