NEW GUIDELINES ON DIRECT SELLING
Based on the new guidelines shared by The Government of India, we are introducing new
amendments that should be followed strictly across all networks.

1. Registration
The new joining guidelines are -:
• Identity cards for all distributors is issued at the time of joining
• The identity card must be carried by the Distributors
• New distributors should come for CNT induction
• New/existing distributors have to update their KYC with the company:
(The documents must carry the same name as Registered in Vestige records)
• Joining in the Vestige system is free, however, a distributor must do business of 30 PV or more
within the first 30 days of registration for their ID to be valid
• Free order delivery is available for the first order of 30 PV or more
2. Termination
• According to the company’s policy, anybody who has not placed any order for 2 consecutive years,
will be given a notice period of 30 days to activate the ID
• We will send an SMS/mail for activation, in case someone doesn’t place the order within the given
time the ID will be TERMINATED

4. Return Form
• The Distributors and customers who want to return the
products to the company are required to fill the details of the
products which they want to return in the Customer
Record/Return form
• These forms along with the products should be submitted to
the Distributor/Company for processing as per company’s
policy
• The Products can be returned by the Customers/Distributors
within 30 days of Purchase and they will get full
refund/replacement. To know more about the policies in

5. E-commerce
Distributors are not allowed to sell Vestige products on any e-
commerce platform. They have to take the consent of the
company before doing so.
The Distributor can then return these products, with original Invoice to the Company. The Company will
replace these products free of cost or if the distributor does not want the same products, the Company
will give a cash voucher of the same amount, which can be used by the Distributor within 30 days for
purchasing products of their choice.

8. Buy Back Policy
The Company provides a Buy Back Policy to the distributor who wishes to resign from his/her
distributorship and return any Vestige products that are in good condition, useable, resaleable,
restock-able, unopened, unaltered, and must have a shelf life of at least four months.
If the Distributor resigns within 30 days from the purchase of the products, Vestige shall provide
a full refund for the products to the Distributor.
If the Distributor resigns from his/her distributorship after the expiry of 30 days from the date of
purchase of products from Vestige, the amount refunded will be equal to distributor cost of the
products being returned, less total bonus paid out by the Company on the original purchase,
less 10% service charge.
The Buy Back policy is designed to impose upon the sponsor and the Company the obligation to
ensure that the distributor is buying products wisely.

that business month is carried forward and is released in the business month,
when distributor makes the required personal purchase.

• Leadership overriding bonus (LOB) is payable to Silver Directors and above. The LOB calculation will be done as per the
real time monthly level of the distributor. Upline guarantee is not required for LOB. To qualify for LOB all qualifiers
must be a Silver Director with 5,625 PV from a single leg with at least one qualified Bronze Director.
• If your Bronze Director downline does not have a GPV of 5,625 then GPV of qualified/ unqualified directors is
compressed down till 5,625 GPV is achieved. LOB is also based on point value system and then value of the point is
determined according to the formula shown above. Dynamic compression rule will be applicable for LOB calculation
