A description of the project and its scope

This business aims to provide a better service on our customers and also We aims to provide a better
satisfactory in our every customer. Rice in a box initiated for the reason that our target was to provide a
good quality product that can afford by the people around us specially the students near to us. The
company provide a good product at the same time a friendly budget price for people around us.

The start and the anticipated completion dates

Our company was started during this pandemic April 11,2022. When the covid 19 outbreak was spread
to our country, many business was affected specially the dine in restaurants. After that, our company
thinks a solution on how We can start a business that can help many people around us. So a few weeks
later, during the pandemic our team was built a product that can afford by all people and also We
accepted a takeout and delivery. By accepting takeout and delivery, we organized the health protocol of
our Government during that time. And our business was boomed after 3 weeks, May 01,2022.

An initial description of both primary and secondary metrics that will be used to measure success and
how those metrics align with business unit and corporate goals

Our company primary metric is the number of rice bowls We produced on every day. And our secondary
metrics was the number of customers buying our products. and as We observed that our customer’s
population were increasing 5 percent each day. Because of that, we were decided to increase the man
power of our company. Process by process, we are tracking our business progress because of this metric
and we also learned more on how our company measure the sales by week.
