Dear Ma'am Iris,

Greetings of peace and prosperity!

First and foremost, I would like to say thank you Sir Jay Kie, Ma'am Laloy, Ma'am
Grace, Sir Jess, Sir Rey, Sir Mico, and to McDonald's Ayala family for accepting,
guiding, and shaping me to be a better service crew, from lobby station to counter.
Forever grateful for the experience that I have in McDo.

I would like to inform you sir that I am resigning, for the reason that I am now on my 3rd
month of field instruction or OJT. I can't handle and perform well, in my duties at
McDonald's, and I can't focus on my responsibilities as an intern. Though I was only
given a weekend schedule, I couldn't manage to do my case studies, as well as to take
care of my health. These past few months were tough for me, balancing studies, duties
in McDonald's and responsibilities as an ate, and a niece. This decision took 3 months
for me to decide on what's the best. I am hoping that you'll grant me with this request
and permission sir. Thank you and God bless McDonald's Ayala.
