    From: Jherome D.R. Songalia Jr., Company Executive

    Subject: Changes to the company policy.

    The management would like to inform you that most of our staffs are not cooperating
    with our company. The concern of the company is about attendance. We should be able
    to complete our 5 times a week attendance to get maximum performance of our
    company.

    Our target is we should minimize the absences and tardiness and it will highly be
    observed throughout this week. Make yourselves available for our working hours this
    week to be able to get the right feedback for your performance.

    We will have warnings and suspensions to those who will not cooperate. As an
    employee, we should have work ethics to avoid any penalties and deduction to our
    given salary.
