APPOINTMENT LETTER FOR THE POST OF CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Foreman at Aamen Omega Constructions. We believe your skills, experience, and qualifications make

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Work Location: Construction site

Salary: Your annual salary after taxis is ₦ 857,610 and will be paid monthly in the amount of ₦71,467.5

Benefits: You will be entitled to our comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and
retirement plans, Further details will be provided during your onboarding process.

Report: you will be reporting directly to the project Supervisor.

Employment Status: your employment is full time, meaning you are not authorized to work with another
company/employer.

Probation: As part of your onboarding process, you will be on a probationary period lasting three months
from duty resumption date. This period will allow us to assess your performance, after which your
employment status will be formally reviewed.

Work Schedule: Your regular working hours will be 9.00 am to 4.00 pm with scheduled breaks as per
company policy.

Joining Formalities: On your first day, we request that you report to the HR Department to complete all
necessary paperwork and formalities and bring all your certificates as per company policy.

As a member of the Aamen Omega Constructions team, we expect you to adhere to our company policies
and code of conduct. You will receive copies of these documents during your onboarding.

Additionally, you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and any other relevant agreements.

Acceptance: To formally accept this appointment, please sign and return a copy of this letter on or before
13th March, 2017 This will serve as your acknowledgment of the terms and conditions outlined above.
