Dear Mr. Nagaraju Ajmira,

Further to our discussion and preliminary screenings, we are pleased to


extend this job offer for the position of Devops Engineer. We are very
excited about your potential and contributions you will be making for the
team and Levitica Technologies PVT LTD. We trust that your knowledge,
skills, and experience will be among our most valuable assets. We would like
to confirm the terms of our offer as discussed during the interview.

Annual Cash Compensation: Your Total Compensation Package Rupees


4,99,999.92/- shall be in Indian Rupees. This includes Basic Allowances,
Statutory contributions, and other benefits as governed by company policies,
subject to Income Tax regulations in force from time to time.

Probation: You are under probation for 3 months. Upon a performance


review your confirmation will be considered further.

Reporting: You will be reporting to Project Manager in performance of your


day-to-day responsibilities. A detailed job profile along with your KRA details
will be shared with you at the time of your joining.

Date of Commencement: Your proposed commencement date is Mar 27,


2023.

Place of Employment: Place of your employment will be confirmed to you


after your successful training period.

Employment Relationship: Employment with the Company is for no


specific period of time. Your employment with the Company will be “at will,”
meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at
any time and for any reason, with or without cause.
Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are
superseded by this letter agreement. This is the full and complete
agreement between you and the Company on this term. Although your job
duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel
policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature
of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement
signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company (other than
you).

Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement: Like all Company


employees, you will be required, as a condition of your employment with the
Company, to sign the Company’s standard Proprietary Information and
Inventions Agreement.

Privacy: You are required to observe and uphold all of the Company’s
privacy policies and procedures as implemented or varied from time to time.
Collection, storage, access to and dissemination of employee personal
information will be in accordance with privacy legislation .

Termination of Employment: In the unfortunate event, either party


decides to terminate this letter of offer; you are expected to serve three
months’ notice. The organization reserves the right to terminate your
employment with one month’s notice or pay instead of. Any exception to this
clause is subject to management discretion.

Tax Matters:

Withholding: All forms of compensation referred to in this letter agreement


are subject to reduction to reflect applicable withholding and payroll taxes
and other deductions required by law.

Tax Advice: You are encouraged to obtain your own tax advice regarding
your compensation from the Company. You agree that the Company does
not have a duty to design its compensation policies in a manner that
minimizes your tax liabilities, and you will not make any claim against the
Company or its Board of Directors related to tax liabilities arising from your
compensation.

Interpretation, Amendment and Enforcement: This letter agreement


supersedes and replaces any prior agreements, representations or
understandings (whether written, oral, implied or otherwise) between you
and the Company and constitute the complete agreement between you and
the Company regarding the subject matter set forth herein. This letter
agreement may not be amended or modified, except by an express written
agreement signed by both you and a duly authorized officer of the Company.

You will be provided a detailed appointment letter by the authorized


signatory of Levitica Technologies PVT LTD. once you are onboard with us
and subject to your acceptance and signing the requisite to comply with the
mandatory terms of employment.
Kindly note that you may have to provide references, educational certificates
be required to undergo pre-employment medical check-up as per the rules of
the organization.

the duplicate copy to us by Mar 27, 2023, after which this letter of offer

instructions.
