desire to seek employment again.

1. Why have you decided to leave the company? This company has provided me with
valuable skills. I have enjoyed working here for one year and a half with the clients given to me,
but my emotional, mental, and physical health is my priority right now. As I started working
onsite from August 14, 2023, I have adjusted and cope with the new environment. As days goes
by it went well until the last 4 days of my stay was became stressful for some reasons. My privacy
was invaded by my workmates. They had access to my account and read some of my
conversations with my former teammate. My teammate said something about them, but they
used it against me. They know all the details we had been talking and used it on their
conversations making sure I can hear it. Making fun of people with diabetes, (I have PCOS, and
my sugar’s been fluctuating – we have this on the conversation I had with my teammate). My
present team mate even directly told me to eat the food she has for me to Die. And many more
things, that no one on my work mates should know because it’s my first time I’ve worked and
talked with them onsite even when I’m still working from home. As much as I want to stay for my
clients. My priority right now is to heal and recover from the stress because it triggers most of
my health conditions.

2. What did you value about your job? I enjoyed working with my teammates in the US. That
was the best aspect of my job. Still, the client appreciated that I could deliver and exceed their
expectations and can do the work done specially with the ones that has deadlines.

3. What did you dislike about your job? Things I dislike about my job is there were some
days the systems aren’t working fast or having technical problems and the internet onsite is
worsening the situation. Working onsite, it has many distractions. In my job it needs attention
as we are billing customers and paying vendors with large amount of money.

4. Did the hours work for you? As time goes by, I adjusted to the time working from home it
is more convenient and efficient, Working onsite consumes a lot of time traveling from Alabang
to Taguig.

5. Did you find your job challenging and rewarding? It is indeed challenging and rewarding
for me because it makes me happy when the team reaches monthly quota. I loved working
with Cintas as they are very friendly, approachable, and very open for any questions,
concerns, corrections, and they value their employees. I never felt I am different with them.
6. Do you feel you had the resources and support necessary to accomplish your job? If
not, what was missing? Generally, I had what I needed to succeed. However, I think that
future employees could benefit from additional training and more in-depth onboarding. I
started invoicing on my day 1, and clients are happy because I get to learned fast in their
training, but I think the Team leaders should learn the process also for them to see if what
their agents are doing incorrectly, and correctly. more training could help future position-
holders fulfill this role to the best of their abilities. They should learn also for them to audit
their works and prevent future problems.

7. Did you have clear goals and know what was expected of you in your job? Yes, it is to
help them (the clients) reach specific amount of monthly revenue, by invoicing a lot of
different inspections, billing different customers, and paying vendors for the job they have
done.

8. Did you receive adequate feedback about your performance when carrying out
tasks? From the client, yes, I always ask what they can say about my performance and what I
can do better to improve more on what I am doing.

9. Did you receive sufficient training to do your job well? I only have half day training to
learn the process and started invoicing on my Day 1, the clients are good at training people.
They are very specific and straight forward. I can say it is sufficient for me as they did not
leave me alone on day 1 during training. They have been there for all my questions and
inquiries.

10. If you were the CEO of TeamSpan Asia Inc., what would you change in the
company’s culture/processes to promote success and growth? If I were the CEO of
TeamSpan Asia Inc. I would first start in having a realignment meeting on the status of each
department, and the needs on updating and implementing Company Rules and Code of
Conduct. Create programs and start seminars about Privacy act law, Bullying, Gender and
Development and some other things that will mold the employee’s behavior and character. I
will do one on one catch up with all the team and their leaders. I would have an Open door
where they can tell me their unheard and unresolved concerns. To have success and growth
leadership team should first have an open ear and be sensitive to their employees’ concerns
with a healthy environment or workspace for everyone to let them feel valued, safe and stress
-free. Employees are the blood line of a company; they are one of the essential assets that
will help the business succeed. They should be value as how they would help the company to
succeed on its mission and vision.
