Subject: Resignation from Probation

Respected Ma’am/Sir,

I am currently working in your company and still in probation period of 3 months, for the past 3 months of
working, I realized that I’m not suited for the position that I am right now, I can’t cope up with the pressure
and stress at work and expectations of my bosses, they need an experienced employee that can work with
exemplary result, I’m still in training period and adjusting to work since it’s my first time in this kind of industry
and I think that I’m not enough, I also realized that I can’t work for 12 hrs a day, and 7 days a week. At first, it
feels like I can do this routine of work but as the day passed by, it felt so tiring.

I’m still thankful for providing me the opportunity to work on your team and learn a lot of things for the past 3
months that I work. The time I spent working and learning has left a lasting impact on my career and
development.

I’ve learned so much in my time here, and I know that this company will continue to grow and thrive.

Sincerely,

Kenny Ray Granada
