1. Tell me about yourself?

Good morning, ma’am/sir My name is bianca, and I am interested in the position of pastry chef/cake
Finisher. My 4 years' experience in baking at home and my skills in every aspect of pastry chef/cake
Finisher position includes decorating cakes, baking bake goods like cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and breads.

I am capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and I am passionate about good food, reliable and
willing to learn new skills, and I believe in the importance of hospitality and kindness towards others.

2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

5 years from now I see myself becoming a pastry chef/cake decorator in the future. My short-term goal is
to earn a NCII bread and pastry production from the TESDA and gain enough experience in the work that
I know will increase my knowledge, skills, talents, and leadership in the kitchen baking station.

3. Why should we hire you?

I know I'm confident that I have enough skills, experience, passion, and knowledge to this position that
listed in the job description, and I am passionate to learn new things, excellent in communication, and
good attitude, I am passionate about this position and eager to contribute to the company's success and
I know my skills and knowledge will be asset to the company.

4. What is your greatest weakness?

My greatest weakness is time management before, but I realized that fixing my schedule in advance
allows me to prioritize tasks that are more important. Now, the quality of my work and life has improved.
I have more time for other important things like family and health.

5. Why do you want to get the job?

I want to pursue a pastry chef/cake Finisher position because I feel that I have the proper skill set that
allows me to work in a baker team to provide delicious baked goods and create beautiful cakes to
customers. I have always wanted to work in a pastry chef/cake Finisher position and as a baker, I can
work with customers. Working in a bakery appeals to me because I look forward to challenges and
customer interactions.

6. How much salary do you expect?


I am expecting a considerable salary for this job. And I want a comfortable, appropriate range for my
work, and I am sure that once I prove myself worthy in this position, you will not hesitate to offer a raise
in my salary.
