Hi. My name is Joanna Marie P. Camenforte. You can just call me JM for short. I’m 21 y/o and I’m currently residing at
Mandaluyong City. I’m a First year college undergrad of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Rizal Technological University
but due to personal reasons, I chose to stopped studying that school year and just focused on my work career. When I
graduated at my previous school in Senior High, my first ever job job is that I have worked in Mc Donald’s New Panaderos as
a Service Crew for about 7 months and then after that

WHY DID YOU CHOSE TO APPLY IN A BPO INDUSTRY

- I chose to apply in a BPO Industry simply because this is the only industry that doesn’t have

WHAT IS YOUR IDEA OF A CALL CENTER

My idea of a call center is that it is a place where people take calls from customers and deliver superb customer experience. I
know that the people who work in a call center are extremely flexible people who adapt to different cultures, different
people and different schedules all at the same time.

DO YOU HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE ALREADY

Yes. I have 3 months call center experience handling Telco account and also have 7 months call center experience handling
Financial account.

WHAT IS YOUR SALARY EXPECTATION

My salary expectation would be in the range of 19-21k.

I am grateful to my previous company because I have learned a lot from them. According to a friend, changes are necessary to enhance your skills. And I believe that

I left my previous job because i want to pursue my career here in bpo company . i want to improve my communication skills even i dont have any experience in this
industry and im willing to learn and adapt to grow in this company

I left my previous job because I wanted to find something more challenging where I could perfect and develop my new skills. I wanted a new opportunity where I
could learn new things and grow my career but also where I could work more directly with people.

WHY IT TAKES ALMOST A YEAR BEFORE YOU PLAN TO APPLY FOR A JOB
It just take Months for me to apply in new Job, I just want to relax myself before finding another Job, My dream Job. I just need to relax and find myself in the process,
because I mostly lost it in my previous Job.

Thank you for the question, honestly i just really love to be a call center agent since last year and this is my dream job, but i know to myself that i'm not prepared enough
to be in this kind of work, maybe because of my weaknesses like my oral communication and not fluently speak in english language. Therefore, i chose to study and
learn a lot of things about being a call center agent. So,i did some research and started practicing my oral communication to acquire the job that i dreamed of. This is why
it took a year before i came here where i want to be.

I believe that my skills will be helpful for the company's success and stability. I may be someone without an experience in call center, but I strongly believe I can quickly
catch up with everyone else's skills and hone my experience to be even better. I can assure that my empathy, knowledge and communicating skills will be useful and be
able to guide the clients who are in need of help. I'll make sure that not only myself will grow, but also the company itself and share that growth to my possible co-
