Agreement Form

As we discussed and agreed during our meeting last April 5, 2023, the Junior-Senior
Promenade will be held on 28 th of April 2023 at the Jhom’s Convention Hall. But due
to conflict of schedules in the said venue, we will move the date to May 5, 2023. The
other matters that had been discussed during the meeting will not be changed.

Ever conscious of the expenses that the affair will entail, the Parents agreed to have
a contribution of 446.00as Prom Fee that is intended to cover the costs for the
venue, dinner, lights and sound, stage decorations.

As for the payment for the prom fee, it should be collected or received by the HRPTA
treasurer in each section until the deadline on April 21, 2023.

For any concerns and clarifications, please do visit our school or you may ask our
advisers.

Once again, we count on your wholehearted and untiring support for the JS Prom by
allowing your child to attend this one memorable moment of his/her life.
