Prior the card distribution takes place, there will be an election to choose classroom
representatives for the Samahan ng mga Guro at Magulang (SAGUMA). The individuals elected as
representatives will join the existing SAGUMA officers for a meeting in the music hall at 9:00 am.
During this meeting, they will review their achievements and lay out their objectives for the upcoming
academic year 2023-2024.

Keep in mind that the classroom meeting is set to commence at 8:00 a.m., ensuring that the
card distribution gets underway precisely at 8:30 a.m. in the designated room. We kindly request that
you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to help maintain the event's schedule.
Latecomers will be accommodated after those who arrive on time. Additionally, please fill out the
attached reply slip to confirm your participation in the Parent-Teacher Conference Card Distribution
Event.
