We hope this letter finds you in good health and surrounded by the joy that
this festive time brings.

For the school year 2023-2024, the Bautista National High School aims to
raise funds to procure an official school vehicle that will be used for all its
endeavor.

In line with this, we humbly ask permission to your good office to allow the
Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of Bautista National High School to
conduct a house-to-house Caroling on December 6 – 20, 2023 for the
purpose of soliciting any financial aid and collect funds for the said objective.

This collaborative effort will support and ensure that we can make a
meaningful difference to all the programs and projects of our school.
