Dear Parents/Guardians of our Grade 9 and 10 Rosarians,

Praised be Jesus Christ!

After four long years, our Grade 9 and 10 Rosarians are about to experience the Juniors’ Seniors’ Prom—
a once-in-a-lifetime event for our cherished children.

On this magical night, our Rosarians will witness the Turn-Over of Responsibility from the Seniors
(Grade 10 Rosarians) to the Juniors (Grade 9 Rosarians). It is a rite of passage, where our young ladies
and gentlemen step into a world of social graces, etiquette, and manners—a realm they will not find in
the confines of a classroom. This is a much-awaited event that will surely make wonderful memories for
your children.

The JS Prom details:

Date/Time: April 19, 2024 (Friday) 7:00 to 11:00 PM
Venue: The Astoria Plaza Hotel (Ortigas, Pasig City)
JS Prom Fee: ₱2,800.00
Deadline of Payment: April 15, 2024
Installment Payment is allowed.
First Payment: ₱ 1,400.00 April 1, 2024
Last Payment: ₱ 1,400.00 April 15, 2024
Attire:
Female: modest cocktail, evening dress, party dress
*Too revealing or see through dress are not allowed.
*Rubber shoes/sneakers are not allowed.
Male: any semi-formal attire
*Jeans and rubber shoes/sneakers are not allowed.

Other guidelines:
1. The JS Prom is exclusive for SRCS Admin, teachers, staff, and students only. Parents/ Guardians
are not allowed to stay in the venue.
2. The students should be fetched by parents, guardians or duly endorsed adult fetchers. Students
will not be allowed to go home on their own nor go home with boyfriends/girlfriends or
barkada. How the students will get home will be indicated in the Reply Slip. Changes in the
arrangement should be relayed to the Class Advisers before April 19. Phone calls, text messages
nor chats will not be entertained on prom night.
3. For the purpose of venue reservation and booking, Reply Slips should be returned to the
Class Adviser or before March 15, 2024. Cancellation beyond March 15 will not be allowed,
unless, the reason is due to serious health conditions supported by a Medical Certificate.
Refunds of payment will be subject to approval of our Finance Officer.
4. The JS Prom is an official school activity. Hence, it is covered by our school rules and
regulations. The School Administration, teachers and other school authorities reserve the right
to deny entrance, isolate, restrict and/or send home students who are not physically,
emotionally and/or mentally fit to participate in the JS Prom.
