The Grade 10 students will be having a farewell outing and Team building activity on April 4-5, 2016 at
Fernandez beach resort (samal).
You are also invited to join the farewell outing and Team building to have a bonding between the
students and parents. The payment for the said activity is worth P300 that includes entrance fee and
fare. We assigned them to bring their foods. This activity will start at 12:00 noon and will end at 12:00
noon on the other day. The student may or may not join the activity for the next day.

This activity is not compulsory per approval of the Grade 10 students and adviser.
Hoping for an affirmative and benevolent response to this matter.

Greetings of Peace!
During the Homeroom PTA Meeting last January 15, 2016, the Grade 10 parents agreed that the Grade 9
and 10 will be having a Junior’s Promenade on the tentative date, February 28, 2016 with an amount of
1,000php below. The parents canvassed a hotel for the venue and the suited hotel for the budget of the
prom was the Royal Mandaya Hotel and there will be a minimum of 100 people to avail the package. So,
we decided to combine the regular and the Sunday High School students to reach/avail the minimum
package.
The payment of the prom for the regular students is 900php and in the Sunday High School is 750php.
The payment for the regular students is higher compared to the Sunday High School because the total
number of regular students is lesser than the total number of students in the Sunday High School. The
deadline for the payment is on or before February 16, 2016.

This event is compulsory per approval of the majority during the homeroom PTA meeting. Hoping for an
affirmative and benevolent response to this matter.
