Dear Parents & Guardians,

Greetings!

We hope this letter finds you and the whole family in a sound and healthy condition!

We are pleased to inform you that the APEC Schools Trade Fair is fast approaching. The Trade Fair is
an Activity where our Grade 12 students will ​exchange goods and services following the business plan they
created​. During this endeavor, your child/ward will participate in an event where he/she will produce product/s
and/or service/s which will be sold online. This will allow him/her to experience planning, implementing, and
evaluating how a business runs.

This activity is in partial fulfillment of the course requirements for Research Project, our G12 Q3
Business course.

This event will happen on ​February 5-6, 2021​.

In line with this, our students will be needing funds to set up their business based on their computations.
For ​Group 3 (Ninja Musubi)​, they calculated a total of ​Php 1,000​. Dividing that capital among their members,
each student will need to contribute ​Php 111​. The members will have an internal agreement within their
respective groups on the source of their funding. It will be up to their decision as a group to look for their possible
investors for their small business. All records of expenses and profits will be disclosed to the investors by your
child/ward at the end of the quarter as this financial analysis is also a part of the requirements.
