We have pleasure in informing you that your son has been awarded a 50% bursary from Term 1
2023.

The continuance of the bursary is dependent on available funding. Should such funding cease to be
available the school will endeavor to inform you as far in advance as possible.

You are required to pay the balance of 50% for tuition when such amounts fall due in Term 1, 2 and
3 of 2023.
In addition, you are also liable for any levies which are raised by the school, from time to time, such
as the PTA and Technology levy.

Please note that the continuation of the bursary is dependent on the student meeting adequate
requirements as per the School Honours Rating system which considers the student’s performance
in academics, sports, and cultural activities.
Honours ratings are issued at each of the six assessment periods during the year.

Should performance be below expectation parents will be invited to a meeting with the headmaster
to suggest areas in which the school expects to see improvement before the next assessment period.

Should inadequate effort be made by the student in these areas then the school may have no choice
but to withdraw the bursary.
