Dear Parents,
“Greetings from IIS Family”

Kindly be informed that a Parent Teacher Meeting (PTM) is scheduled on 10th June 2023,
Saturday from 9.00 am – 1.00 pm for KG - XII. The details are as follows

 The PTM will take place at a scheduled time slot for your ward which will be shared by the
Class Teacher. Parents must strictly adhere to the timeslot.
 Attendance of parents and students from KG-XII for the PTM is compulsory.
 Class teachers will share with the parents the academic feedback of their wards as per the
New Assessment Scheme including Class Test/UT1 Examination. The school has already
completed the orientation for parents of KG –XII on promotion policy and New
Assessment/Formative Assessment rubrics for all subjects so that students will get enough
support from their parents as well as subject teachers to bridge any learning gap which has
been identified through Formative Assessment and Baseline test.
 Apart from academic feedback, class teachers will appraise the parents about their ward’s
Behavioural aspect.
 Parents should clear the outstanding fee of their wards on or before 08/06/2023 to get the
confirmation on timeslot from the respective Class teacher. If not, they must contact the
school authorities immediately to avoid any inconveniences.
 This is the most appropriate moment for parents to interact with the respective Class
teachers of their wards for getting proper & timely academic feedback as students have to
appear for Summative Assessment 1 immediately after the Summer break.
