Subject: MIDYEAR EXAMINATION 2023-24

This is to inform you that the Midyear Review week will commence on 10 December 2023, which will be
followed by the Midyear Examinations of AS & A2. The Exam Schedule is attached.

SCHOOL TIMINGS DURING EXAMS (from 17 December 2023)

Students Reporting Time: 06:45 a.m.
All Exams Starting Time: 7:30 a.m.

Dismissal A Level: Subject to exam completion (Will be mentioned in

schedule)
Buses Departure: 12:45 p.m.

INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION

 Chemistry, Biology & Physics Practical (Paper 3) will be conducted in Science Labs in review week.
 CS Practical and Saudi Studies Exam will be conducted in the review week.
 Each student should bring his/her own stationery supplies. Transparent pouches are allowed only.
 Cell Phones are strictly prohibited.
 Any dishonesty or misconduct during the exam will be dealt with strictly and can result in dire
consequences, including cancellation of the paper or withdrawal from school.
 Students are not allowed to wear SMART WATCHES during exam days. Any such violation will be
considered as a use of unfair means and will be dealt with accordingly.
 Ensure timely commuting arrangements for your ward.
 Students should be dressed in regular school uniform (No PE Uniform).
 Buses will follow the above-mentioned timings. However, the bus students/parents are kindly requested
to inform the bus driver a day in hand, whether to avail of the bus service or not, for better coordination.
 Mid-Year Results will be declared on 18 January 2023.
 Early pick-up during Review Week will not be allowed.
