NOTICE FOR YEAR END BREAK/RESULTS/RE-ADMISSIONS/ REPORTING/NEW SESSION
Dt: 28 March 2023
Dear Parent,
1. THE YEAR-END BREAK for Class-XI (Science, Commerce and Humanities) is from 29th March 2023 (Wednesday) till
2nd April 2023 (Sunday).
2. Hosteller Students are allowed to go home with parents on 28th March 2023 (Tuesday) after the completion of Annual
Examinations at 12:00PM. Dayscholar Students will go home at 1:40PM on 28th March 2023 (Tuesday).
3. All the residential students of XI (Science, Commerce, Humanities) will report to the Boarding Houses (Hostels) on 2nd
April 2023 (Sunday) by 4:00PM and Dayscholar students will report to the school for classes at 7:45AM on 3rd April
2023 (Monday). Regular classes of NEW SESSION OF CLASS-XII (Science/Commerce/Humanities) will be commenced
from 3rd April 2023 (Tuesday) at 7:40AM.
4. School Buses will ply for the day scholars as per the regular scheduled timing from 3 rd April 2023 (Monday) at 7:00AM
from the First Stop.
5. As Regular Classes in NEW SESSION of XII will be started on 3rd April 2023 (Monday) and Regular Syllabus of XII
will started right from Day-1, all the students must be present in the class not to miss any concept of XII. Please
purchase all the NCERT Books of Class-XII before the commencement of classes.
6. Final Results of Class-XI Annual Examinations will be published on 3rd April 2023 (Monday) tentatively. Progress
Report of Class-XI will be given from 6th April 2023 onwards.
7. Results of Annual Examinations of those students who have not written any PRACTICAL EXAMINATION/ who have not
submitted the Practical Record or Projects of any subject/ who have not written any theory paper/ who have fee dues of
Class-XI (if any), will be kept withheld till the student clears the papers/ submits the records or projects/ balance fee is
cleared and re-admission is done.
8. As per the GST notification vide circular No-03/2022-Central Tax (Rate), dated 13th July 2022, there will be 12% GST
applicable on Boarding Fee for all the boarding students.
9. As notified earlier, the LAST DATE of RE-ADMISSION for CLASS-XII (Science/Commerce/Humanities) is 28th
March 2023 to confirm the admission in Class-XII with FIRST INSTALLMENT FEE/ONETIME FEE. All the parents
are requested to complete the RE-ADMISSIONS on or before 28th March 2023 (Tuesday). Kindly ignore if Re-
admission of Class-XII is completed already.
10. Last date of payment of Third Installment fee of Class-XI was 18th December 2022 without late fine. Please pay the
dues on or before 28th March 2023 along with RE-ADMISSION FEE OF CLASS-XII. Please ignore, if it is paid already.
11. School Bus Fee will be paid ONETIME from new session by the parents of Dayscholars on or before 28th March to
avail the School Bus facilities from 3rd April 2023.
12. 40 Days SUMMER FOUNDATION CLASSES of CLASS-XI (Science/Commerce/Humanities) for Class-X appeared
students of CBSE/ICSE/HSE/Other boards will be starting from 3 rd April 2023 (Monday). New students of Class-XI are
reporting to Boarding Houses on 2nd April 2023 (Sunday). Inform the parents of class-X students in your
relatives/neighbourhood/known to admit their wards soon for a seat.
13. Vikash Group has come up with two new branches FIRST TIME @ CHHATISHGARH at RAIPUR and JAGDALPUR for
which admissions from Class-I to IX and XI are going on with full swing for the new session -2023-24. Inform the
parents in your relatives/neighbourhood/known to admit their wards soon for a seat in the beautiful campuses at Raipur
and Jagdalpur.

Hair Style:

 Students must come to School in regular hair cut i.e. combable hair style.
 Hair style should be neat & of a modest style, neither excessively long nor
short.
 Length of Sideburns must be up to the upper lobes of the ears.
 Boys’ hair must be off the collar at the back and off the ears.
 Student’s hair must be of natural colour. No hair dye, bleach or streaking
is permitted.
 Ultra-modern hair styles like multi-colored, spiked, carved designs,
inappropriately long or rat tail like are strictly prohibited.
 Hair that obstructs vision or covers the face is not allowed.
 Grown up boys have to shave once in three days, depending on the
growth.

Dress Code:
 Students must have Formal School Uniform. No student (boy) is allowed
to wear the uniform with Narrow Pant of different style. Long, tight
fitting or cut off pants in the uniform are not acceptable. Students with
such pants will not be allowed to the class.
 Wearing school sweater/blazer is mandatory during school hours in
winter.
 Bunching or rolling of the school shirts around the waists will not be
permitted. Belt must be seen from the front and the back. Shirts must be
buttoned at all times.

Electronics or Electrical Appliances are strictly not allowed

 Electronic gadgets, mobile phone, memory card, sim card, i-pod, charger etc are not
allowed for the students in the hostel. Kindly make it sure that the child will not bring
any of the electrical and electronic gadgets to school and hostel on the reporting day.
