TRANSITIONING TO ONLINE LEARNING DUE TO HEAT WAVE

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Orchids!!

As you are aware the temperatures are rising, heat wave has spread everywhere
therefore as a preventive measure Education Department has shared a circular vide
Cir No: 2023/P.K105/SD/4, dated 20.04.23 to close down offline Schools. We have
decided to conduct classes online till 28th April 2023 .The ONLINE classes on ERP will
continue from Monday 24th April 2023.

All Offline classes/ field trips stand cancelled for the moment. Attendance for Online
class is mandatory. Weekly Test will also be conducted online for Grade 2 onwards as
per schedule. The CT of Grade IX and X scheduled on 27.04.2023, will also be
conducted online.

Kindly ensure availability of mobile/tab/laptop and good connectivity at home, to help

children’s transition to ONLINE mode smoothly. Our ERP will be the platform for the
delivery of lessons, HW, CW, and the conduct of all activities. Requesting parents to be
vigilant, and help children not to miss out on classes. Our teaching and admin staff
will be available for assistance as and when needed.

Thus far we have received humongous support from parents in all our endeavors and
we sincerely look forward to the same in over coming our current challenges. Let’s
work together to ensure optimal learning for our children.
