Dear Parents
Greetings of the day!
Heartfelt gratitude to each one of you for the relentless support and cooperation throughout the year.
As you all know, we are ready to welcome our kids from 3rd April, Wednesday
(Timings: 8:00 am to 2pm). Students are expected to be in the classrooms latest by 7:45 am.
Transport user
• Parents of bus users are expected to visit the school website/ Edunext to check the route details
and other required information.

• Bus users will be receiving a message from transport department latest by 05:00 pm today for
providing the route details of your ward.
Non bus users (with parents and private vehicles) will use Gate No:4 (Junior Wing) for entry/
exit.
All students, except new admissions must wear the ID-Card of the last year (2023 – ‘24). Newly
admitted students of the academic year (2024 – ’25) must wear the temporary ID card, duly filled, with
photograph of the child.
Being the first day there can be some kind of inconvenience and all are expected to be patient
and supportive.
Class teachers will form WA broadcast for their classes and using the same they will be sharing all
important instructions/ information and timetable with you all. Kindly coordinate with the Class
teachers, to clarify your queries through WA broadcast/ Edunext communication.
Please keep patience in sorting out the issues, if any, especially on the first day. The school/ staff will
always be there to help you out.
