    Dear Parents

    Greetings!

    Please note the following:

    # Reporting time for students is 7:10AM - 7:20AM. Gate will close at 7:25AM.

    Kindergarten arrival time -8:10AM - 8:20AM. Gate will close at 8:30AM

    # New admissions: For students availing the bus facility, incase a child has not been added in a bus route
    group, or is not picked by the bus by mistake, should be dropped at 8:00AM at the school reception by the
    parent.

    # For walkers:

    Grades 1 to 4 : please drop the students at Gate No.-1 Grade-5 to 12 : please drop students at Gate No. 2.

    # For any assistance kindly meet Ms. Gunja and Ms. Sakshi at the reception.

    # Walker Dispersal -

    Dispersal will be from the respective dispersal rooms which will be informed by the class teachers.

    Unescorted walker dispersal Grades 1 to 12 Time : 1:45PM.

    Escorted walker dispersal Time 2:00PM.

    Gates 1 and 2 will be used for parents to enter and exit at the time of dispersal.

    Kindly encourage car pool.

    Please ensure escort cards are brought everyday to pick up students.

    Also, please be patient for the first two days as the routines will take some time to settle. The final timings
    and routines will be shared by Saturday, 08 April 2023
