Notice regarding online classes and training for the same on

Dear Parents,

In view of the order given by the Government of West Bengal, School Education Department vide Memo
no. 03/SECY/23, to close all Autonomous/State/ Central Government Aided, Sponsored, Private
Schools, due to the prevailing heat wave situation, Don Bosco School, Liluah has decided to shift to
online classes from Tuesday, 18th April, 2023, till further notice. This is to ensure that your child does
not miss out on valuable hours of instruction and academic pursuits, since we are unsure of the weather
and when it is likely to improve.
Classes will be conducted on the Zoom Platform. Parents, students and teachers will be provided training
for the same by Techvein, according to the following schedule, on Monday, 17 th April, 2023. You are
requested to strictly follow the schedule and join the Zoom Meeting for required information and
training. The requisite link to join the meeting will be shared tomorrow.

TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Classes 9 to 12 - 5:00 P.M.
Classes 6 to 8 - 5:00 P.M.
Class 5 - 5:00 P.M.
Class 4 - 6:00 P.M.
Class 3 - 6:00 P.M.
Class 2 - 6:00 P.M.
Class 1 - 7:00 P.M.
UKG - 7:00 P.M.
NURSERY and LKG - 7:00 P.M.

THE SCHOOL SHALL REMAIN CLOSED TOMORROW.
