Pursuant to DM 024, s. 2023, “Conduct of School Intramurals, District/Municipal

Athletic Selection Meet”, San Jose Provincial High School has responded to this call by
holding its school Intramural on February 15-18, 2023.

To this effect, the undersigned would like to request from your office if we can use
Villanueva Park as our venue for the following activities indicated below.

In addition to that, we would also like to request one ladder to be used in the preparation of
the said activity including traffic assistance during our Parade on February 15, 2023.

Pursuant to DM 52, s. 2015, Ensuring the Safety of Learners in Schools”, San

Jose Provincial High aims to reduce the severity of road traffic casualties and
promote the increase public confidence that their journey to and from school will
be safe.

Throughout the School terms complaints are received on a regular basis relating to
poor driving, inappropriate parking, and unsafe carriage of children.

To this effect, the undersigned would like to request from your office to change the
route of the vehicles going inside our campus. We would like to propose that the
road beside San Jose Central school should serve as the Entrance of the vehicles
and the F. Remollo St. to which Tholit’s Salon is situated will serve as the Exit of
the vehicles.

Attached is the suggested traffic route for the parade and throughout the school
term.
