Dear Parent,
Warm Greetings!
We are in the final phase of an Annual Academic Year 2022-2023. We appreciate you for
the guidance and the patience you have shown in all the aspects related to your ward’s
development. We hope your ward is preparing well for the forth coming Semester - 2.
Please note the following important points related to the Exams and Results.

Semester - 2 syllabus completion date : March 04th, 2023

Semester - 2 Revision : March 06th to March 09th, 2023

Semester - 2 Exams : March 10th to March 18th, 2023

1. Parents are requested to attend the PTM and collect the Progress Cards from the
respective class teachers, as per the following schedule.

Class – VI 09:30 am to 10:30 am
24-03-2023 Class – VII 10:45 am to 11:45 am
Class – VIII 12:00 noon to 01:00 pm

2. The New Academic session for 2023-2024 starts from 27-03-2023 (Monday).
Timings 8:50 am to 12:55pm.

3. For the convenience of the parents S.S. Enterprises is arranging the New
Books distribution from 24-03-2023 to 26-03-2023. Time : 9 am to 5 pm.
24-03-2023 - New II, III, IV & V Classes
25-03-2023 - New VI, VII, VIII & IX Classes
26-03-2023 - All the Classes books will be available
4. The uniform material, shoes & socks will be available in S.S. Enterprises. Please send
your child in proper uniform to school.

5. In case of any parents expecting transfer for the next academic year, he / she should
apply for TC in writing on or before 27-02-2023, else the 1st Term Fee will have to be
paid.

6. Parents are requested to pay the 1st term fee on or before April 07th, 2023.

 Fee Particulars for the Academic Year 2023-24

Nalanda is very fortunate to have parents who happen to pay the fee in time,
which helps the management to make the payments in time to all the concerned.
Payment of fee is something which should be looked into by parents as a financial
commitment and responsibility towards the school, which plans and organizes the
educational programmes to achieve excellence in all areas.
