General Rules: - Admin Cost once deposited shall not be refunded. The above %age shall applicable to College
Fee only. Board/University Registration, Affiliation, Social Works, etc shall be refunded only if the same have
not been already sent to the external bodies at the time of cancellation.

Hostel Fee: - Upon cancellation of admission in fifteen days, all the fee shall be refunded except the hostel
admission fee which is non refundable. No fee shall be refunded after fifteen days of admission. Mess Charges
shall only be refunded if the student does not avail mess facility.

Refund guidelines for enrolled students (cancellation in subsequent year/semester):- If a student wishes to
cancels her/his enrollment in a subsequent year or semester of the course then s/he shall be liable to pay the fees
for the number of months s/he remained enrolled. (Basis of calculation will be average fee per month calculated
by the College.)
