NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for conducting B.Ed III Semester
Examinations to the affiliated Colleges of Acharya Nagarjuna University for the academic year 2022-24
are to be commenced from23-01-2024.

In this connection, I am to inform you that the University has been introduced onJine system to
register the Examination Applications and Barcode Booklet system for conduct of Examinations. The
same system will be continued for these examinations which are going to be held in the month of
January,2024,
The necessary formats are available for regular and supplementary students separately in the
University Website www.anu,ac.in and each College has been given separate usemame and password.
So, you are requested to make arrangements to fill the data of each student as per the columns given in
the format and send the full galley stating all particulars along with the fee details and attendance
statement to the University on or before 2l-12-2023.
The following are the schedule of dates for the payment of Examination fee and submission of
filled in applications for B.Ed. III Semester Examinations (both Regular and Supplementary) as follows:

I Last date for payment of Examination fee and submission of t8-12-2023

applications to the Principals concemed

2. Last date fbr payment of Examination fee with a fine Rs.l00/- t9-12-2023
3. Last date for submission of Gallies by the Colleges through 20-12-2023 (Ontine Submission)
On-Line Registration, (soft copy) and 3 hard copies of
2l -12-2023 (Manuat Submission)
admitted candidates along with attendance duly certihed
by the Principal as per the students approved list given by
the APSCHE, to the CE's Office
4. Date of commencement of B.Ed III Semester Theory :23-01-2024
(Regular & Supplementary) Examinations
5. Last date for Submission of B.Ed III Sem Practicum & Intemal marks througtr online
20-02-2024 and the same should be sent with signatures of examiner & Principal along with
student attendance to the O/o the C.E on or before 26-02-2024.
6. Submission of B.Ed Practicum records to the O/o PG Coordinator on or before 26-02-2024.

7. Examination fee particulars for 3'd Semester:

a. Fee for whole examinations both Theory and Practicum : Rs.2000/-
b. Examination Fee for single paper appearance : Rs.4l0l-
c. Two papers appearance :Rs.530/-
d. Three papers appearance : Rs.720l-
e. Four or more papers : Rs.1160A
f. Fee for practicum for supplementary candidates (irrespective of
the number of subiects failed or absent) : Rs.570/-
o Practical Examination fee (for each practical) PG I, PG II : Rs.390/-

The Principals are requested to collect the examination fee from the students and the above
mentioned fee shall be paid in the form of SBI on-line challan to Examination fee A/c
No.30908794589 of ANU. One for without penalty fee amount to be paid on or before 18-12-2023
and another challan(s) with penalties fee amount to be paid on or before 19-12-2023 and send the 3
copies galley on or before 2l-12-2023 along with the list of fee particulars and has to submit
affiliation orderA{o dues for the year 2022-23.

The principals of all Affiliated Colleges, ANU area are requested to make arrangement
for

uploading the eligible students data as per the APSCHE approval list,

controller of Examinations, ANU (for Regular and Supplementary) along with student
attendance on or before2l-12-2023. tf submitting after due date, examinations will
not be
conducted to your coltege. This is for information and prompt action.
The principals of all the B.Ed. Colleges are also requested to upload the Internal Assessment
Marks of the regular students, and practicum activity marks for regular and supply students who
were registered for B.Ed. III Semester examinations which will be held in January, 2024. The
prescribed format is kept in the URL of A.N.U., and available up to 20-02'2024.
Internal Assessment marks of regular students should be sent by the Principals on or
hefore 26-02-2024 to the Controller of Examinations Office'
The hall-tickets will be issued to the candidates only after verifuing their eligibility in all aspects,
and ensure that they are not under any kind of suspected malpractice if any disturbance
in the Hall'
Tickets immediately noticed to the Controller of Examinations'

prior permission will be obtained from the University to the candidate(s), those who are not
registeredfor the previous semester examinations, for Registration/appearing for the said Semester
examinations.
