It is with great pleasure and a wonderful sense of anticipation , I extend a warm welcome to you and your ward to the
new session 2023 - 24. The new academic year brings in the renewed energy to resolve to fulfill all that have been
planned for the students. There are new goals to identify and new dreams to be turned into reality, with firm belief
that our parents would extend cooperation and support as they have been doing for years to help us to build holistic
personality of all the students. Here are some important points and we request all our parents to adhere to them for
the smooth running of the new session commencing from Wednesday, the 12thApril 2023.

The Parents/ Guardians are hereby requested to confirm the re-admission ofyour
ward / wards before the commencement of the new session.

1. FEES RELATED INFORMATION

a. All the online payments will be accepted on and from 1/4/23 onwards.

b. There will be following modes of payment of the SCHOOL FEE, BOOKS &STATIONERIES
Charges.

A) ONLINE PAYMENT: TO PAY ONLINE VISIT OUR WEBSITE www.dumdum.igmhs.org AND CLICK ON
ONLINE PAYMENT. PLEASE GIVE USERNAME & PASSWORD TO LOGIN. YOU CAN PAY THROUGH
UPI/DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS AND NETBANKING THROUGH HDFC PAYMENT GATEWAY.

For further information please go through the school “Almanac” (Diary) & syllabus which will be
given on the books counter.

MODE OF PAYMENT IS THROUGH DEBIT CARD & CREDIT CARD, AT UNIFORM

COUNTER ONLY.WHILE USING SWIPE MACHINE THE AMOUNT SHOULD BE FILLED
CORRECTLY AND THE SECRET PIN NUMBER SHOULD NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY ONE
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE USING THE SYSTEM.

For Transfer Certificate, apply before 31stMarch 2023,failing which the session charges will have to
be paid.

II) XEROX copy of result

III) Fee receipt of last payment – February & March,2023

The summer vacations will commence from 19th of May 2023 and re- open on 19th June 23.
