NOTICE
(NEW ADMISSIONS 2020-2021)
Application forms for new admissions (Academic year 2020 - 2021) will be
available online from 1st October 2019 to 19th October 2019. We regret to
inform you that we do not have admission available for some classes.
Application form can be downloaded from the School website
www.stfrancischoolicse.com . While printing the application form choose
right page set up (Legal size) and print the details on both the sides in a
single sheet.
Duly completed hard copy of the application form along with the
enclosure need to be submitted at the office counter. Pay the
application form charges of ` 500/- and collect the brochure.

Date for interaction between the Principal and Parents along with the
child will be intimated while submitting the form [for classes Montessori
to Senior K.G.]

ELIGIBILITY / AGE CRITERIA:

Montessori : 2.5 years plus by June 2020
Nursery : 3 years complete by 15th June 2020
Junior K.G. : 4 years complete by 15th June 2020
Senior K G : 5 years complete by 15th June 2020

Entrance Test for classes available will be

held on 9th November 2019.
Subjects for the Entrance Test: English, Mathematics and
Language: Kannada / Hindi
Please Note: Kannada as II Language from class I upwards is
compulsory as per the rules of Department of
Education, Government of Karnataka.
Duration of test: 35 minutes each per subject (Total 1 hour 45 min.)
Candidates need to bring pencil, pen, eraser, scale
and classes IV upwards need to bring Geometry box
also.
Note: While submitting Application forms, parents need to enclose a
photocopy of the Birth Certificate with child’s name entered on the Birth
certificate issued by the Corporation / Municipality and bring original for
verification.

In case of Catholic candidates, they need to enclose a photocopy of

Baptism Certificate.
Duly completed form along with the enclosures has to be submitted at the
school office from 9th October 2019 between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon.

Last date to submit application form will be 30th October 2019.

Please Note: There will not be issue of any Application Forms from
school office. Parent need to download the application form only
from school website www.stfrancisschoolicse.com
