INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION TO FIRST YEAR

1. Sophia College is a Women’s college and a Christian minority Institution with reservation for Christian women.
2. Before filling up the College Admission form students are required to fill university pre - admission online enrollment form at
http://www.mum.digitaluniversity.ac
3. FOR FY ADMISSIONS 2019 to BSc, BSc (I.T.), B.A. and B.M.M. students are required to click on the link
https://enrolonline.mastersofterp.in/?CollCode=SCWM. It is highly recommended that PC or Laptop be used for the Form filling.
4. If students are applying to more than one stream, they must register separately for each stream. Students passing class 12th from
Commerce & Arts streams are not eligible for FYBSc Course. Only students with Mathematics as a subject can apply for FYBSc (I.T.)
5. Select STUDENT LOGIN and then Click on the link-REGISTER NOW . Use your Personal Name and Mobile No. for the Registration.
6. After Registration, Click on STUDENT LOGIN, enter the same User name and Password, and fill up the Form.
7. Please ensure that all the details are correct (spellings, mobile Nos, total marks etc.) and authentic (as indicated on the marksheet).
Students will be asked to fill a form again if any details are incorrect. This will require an additional payment.
8. Students applying under the following category should bring attested/original documents at the time of form submission:
a) Christian Minority - Baptism Certificate
b) Sports - participation certificate in any one official event
c) Student from Jammu and Kashmir
d) Children of transferred Central/Maharashtra Government Employee.
e) Children of Service/Ex – Servicemen – relevant document
f) Children of University / College employee
g) Physically handicapped
h) Learning Disability - Certificate from a government hospital.
9. After Payment of Rs. 100 /- for the form, students must take a print of the form. Submission of one hard copy of the College online
form and of the University pre-enrollment form is mandatory.
10. Submission of all original documents and one photocopy of class X and XII Marksheets is mandatory for finalisation of admission.
11. Students may apply for delayed submission of original documents to the Vice-Principal (Arts), Vice-Principal (Science) and Co-
ordinator of BMM and B.Sc. (I.T.).
12. Please note that subject choice in the case of FYBA and FYBSc. may not be available if submission of original documents is delayed
beyond the time given by the Vice-Principal.
