at NITW through DASA for Academic Year 2019-20

Candidates are required to report at Institute Auditorium from 10 AM to 5 PM during 21-

26 July 2019. Induction Program for all 1stB.Tech students will be held on 24thJuly, 2019 to

August, 2019 and the Class work commences from 5 August, 2019 onwards.

Students are required to report physically and complete the admission process.

List of documents to be submitted at the time of admission

1. Allotment letter for admission

2. X Class Pass Certificate / X Marks Sheet
3. X+2 Pass Certificate / X+2 Marks Sheet
4. Study and Conduct Certificate
5. SAT Score Card / SAT Score Report
6. Transfer Certificate
7. Migration Certificate
8. Passport, VISA
9. Four (4) recent color passport size photographs
10. Medical Certificate for HIV test report
11. For CIWG candidates
a. Passport of parent working in gulf
b. VISA of parent working in gulf
c. Letter from company of parent working in gulf

NOTE: 1) Students are advised to keep with them sufficient number of Photostat Copies and scanned
copies for their future requirement.

2) Original certificates will not be issued to the students till their third year second semester.
