 REGISTRATION DETAILS FOR CLASS I

The online application for Class I admission, will be available

for filling up and saving, from Monday, 7th January 2019,
(10 a.m. onwards) to Thursday, 10th January 2019, (till 6
p.m.)

Steps to register, fill & save the application

1. Click on the link “Click here to apply online” under
“Admissions 2019” on the homepage of the website.
2. Register on edchemy.kumarans.org with a valid email
address, mobile number and password.
3. An OTP to activate the account will be sent to the
registered mobile number and email id.
4. Please enter your user name and OTP as received in sms.
Choose a password and click verify button to activate
your account.
5. Log on to edchemy.kumarans.org. Key in the username
and password.
6. Select the application form, fill in all the details, and click
on ‘Save’ button and upload all the required documents.
List of documents required to be uploaded:
 Passport size photo of the child
CLASS I  Copy of the Child’s Aadhar Card – Mandatory, if the
child is an Indian National.
 Copy of the Birth Certificate of the child
 Copy of the front page of the Passport - only if the child
is a foreign national and holds a foreign passport.

Saved application forms need to be submitted on Sunday,

13th January 2019.
On Sunday, 13th January 2019 at 10 a.m, the ‘Submit’
button for the online submission of the application form
will be enabled. Click on the SUBMIT button to submit the
form. Parents may kindly note that only submitted
application forms will be accepted.
Registrations will close automatically once the required
number of applications are received
Following applications will be rejected immediately:
 Saved but not submitted applications
 Incomplete applications
 Discrepancy between the date of birth entered in the
application and the date of birth mentioned in the birth
certificate.

The online application forms for classes II to IX will be
available on our website, depending on the vacancies, in the
month of March 2019.
The application form will be available for filling and saving on
Friday, 22nd March 2019 (10 a.m onwards) and Saturday,
23rd March 2019 (till 6 p.m.)
Steps to register, fill & save the application
