ADMISSION NOTICE 2024 -25 (CLASS – 1 & 5)

Admission forms will be issued for classes 1 & 5 only
45 seats each in Class 1 & 5 are available (13 seats for Girls and 32 for Boys)
ELIGIBILITY:
Children applying for admission to class- I should fulfil the following criteria.
• The child should have completed 5 years 6 months of age on 31.03.2024
• The child should have passed class K.G.
Children applying for admission to class- 5 should fulfil the following criteria.
• The child should have completed 10 years of age on 31.03.2024
• The child should have passed/studying in class 4.
FORM: Forms will only be available online.
Parents / guardians are to download the application form, from the following website
www.donboscoguwahati.net / www.dbsgcampuscare.in from 30th November 2023,
9:30 am to 4th December 2023, 10:00 am.
PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION:

Parents will have to take a print out of the online form and acknowledgment receipt and
submit the same at the school office on 4th Dec. / 5th Dec. / 6th December 2023 for Class I and
for Class V on 3rd Jan. / 4th Jan. / 5th January 2024. (Timing: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm)

To test the understanding & writing ability of the child, a test will be held on 16th December
2023 for Class 1 and 13th January 2024 for class 5. Timing will be communicated through school
website.

A sum of R 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred) will have to be paid at the time of submission of the
online form as the application form fee and for the test.
Documents:
The following documents are to be submitted:-
1. Duly filled online form with recent photograph of the applicant & combined photograph of
parents / legal guardians, Acknowledgment receipt and photocopies of the following-
a. Birth certificate
b. Result Sheet of last class attended /or Exams held
c. Current residence address proof (Aadhaar card, Voter card, Electricity bill, etc)
 In case of Catholic applicants-
d. Baptism certificate
e. Letter from parish priest.
2. Original Birth Certificate and Result Sheet of last class attended for reference.
THE FOLLOWING MAY KINDLY BE NOTED:

Recommendation letters are not welcomed and may be detrimental to admission.

Forms will be available online only. No queries will be entertained after the lapse of the date.

ONLINE PROCEDURE

STEP 1: Go to website www.donboscoguwahati.net / www.dbsgcampuscare.in

Enter the details in the online application form carefully.

STEP 2: Online Payment

Use a Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Baking or UPI to make the payment.

STEP 3: Printing the Completed Form

• Take a print out of the completed Application Form along with the Acknowledgement
Receipt.
• Affix a recent coloured passport size photograph of the Applicant and combined
photograph of the Parents at the designated place on the form.

STEP 4: Form Submission

A hard copy of the online submitted form, acknowledgment receipt and documents are
to be submitted at the school office.

STEP 5: Written Test

Timing will be communicated through school website.
