For New York state, they already have their own credentialing agency which is NYSED so instead of doing the one from CGFNS (CES), I opt for the NYSED

Get your TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS. Once you get it, I ENCOURAGE you to SCAN IT and upload it in your
google drive for FUTURE purpose. You can do FORM 2F AND 3F NG SABAY PO!
Once you get your TOR, submit it together with the FORM 2F to your school BUT I ENCOURAGE YOU TO ONLY DO THE FORM 1 ONCE YOUR DONE WITH FORM 2F AND 3F
PRINT form 2F and ACCOMPLISH the first page. SEND it to your school together with the TOR.
Most of the schools know what to do from there. Some schools ask for a fee to ship it to NYSED. But some
school will ask you to SHIP it instead, If that's the case, make sure that the envelope that you will receive is
closed and sealed properly with school seal.

PRINT form 3F and ACCOMPLISH the first page.
Go to PRC (No appointment needed in PRC MORAYTA) with the FORM 3F and go to the window for state
verification of license. (Window A if in PRC Morayta). Dont be shy to asks the guards or anyone for direction.

Accomplish the STATE VERIFICATION SLIP(they will give it to you there).
They wil then ask you to pay sa cashier(Php200) ata. Ask where nalang.
Bring your PRC ID. If you have a photocopier at home, i xerox mo na yan. If wala, sa PRC nalng. They will
also asks you to get a documentary stamp.
Then they'll let you choose the courier service na you prefer using. I CHOSE DHL so he instructed me to also
pay for the fee outside the PRC, sa may DHL outside. Just give the state verification slip to kuya DHL and he
knows what to do. Once it's done, GO BACK TO WINDOW A.
SUBMIT -form 3F, photocopy of PRC ID, Documentary stamp, and the state verification slip with the payment
receipt of 200 to WINDOW A. After that they will ask you to log in your details in their logbook which includes
your name, purpose of visit and courier used.

DHL will TEXT/NOTIFY you once they have shipped already your parcel. It took almost one month for me
before it was sent.

While waiting for the FORM 3F to be sent. You can take the INFECTION CONTROL CERTICATION and the
CHILD ABUSE CERTIFICATION.

Once the DHL texts you that they have already sent your form 3f, consider your FORM 3F STEP DONE, and

I chose New york because it's the fastest one. I did my research and ended with New York and Texas as my option but I don't wanna
get through the hassle of the fingerprinting, YET. So sa NEW YORK ko napiling mag take

everything for this application so I wanted to save as much as I can and I found out that doing it by myself is much more cheaper. The

accomplish yung sakin, and October 2 , na receive ko yung email nila. So around 2 months lang. But it can range from 2-6months daw.
SEPT 30- 2 months after I sent my Form 1, nag message ako sa kanila using the CONTACT US form to inquire about my application
status. Then Recieve their reply on October 2, right after I receive my "Congratulations! Your education has been approved. "

YES PO. You can do it simultaneously. I advise you to do this part first before doing the online FORM 1 APPLICATION kasi you dont
know how long it will take for the school to finish your paper, lalo na pandemic padin. And also, I only did the FORM1 after I sent both
via DHL which takes 2-3 days po, para sure na tapos na ako sa dalawa.
NO. There is a lecture po before the actual test which consists of 30 questions ata yun and you need to pass it. You can retake it once,
if you fail it. As for me, sobrang mabilisan ko ginawa and sinearch ko yung ibang answers sa google. (Hehe sorry na. Work smart not
hard). Once you pass, save the documents either in your computer or in your google drive
I am a FRESH GRADUATE so I'm kind of confident pa with my theoretical knowledge. I was planning to do it by myself lng at first,
without paid apps or review center but eventually, I got scared and decided to just subscribed to uworld just to know my current chance
of passing the exam.
I got LOW CHANCE OF PASSING when I took the first assessment and then BORDERLINE CHANCE OF PASSING on the second
one, which was 3 days before my exam. Binahala ko na lang yun and believed in my self. Luckily I passed and is finally a USRN.
Uworld looks like the actual exam po and I practiced my SATA answering skills there. But if you're not confident, there are online reveiw
classes naman lalo na dun sa medjo matagal ng grumaduate. YOU CAN DO IT PO.
Lenght of process, I believe not, especially if they're gonna get your education approved by NYSED not CGFNS.
For the state of new york po kasi, you can either choose NYSED or CGFNS ?(CES ata yun) but the latter is more expensive din kasi.
Although you'll get through the same process again once you're processing for visa screen, i still find it cheaper this way.
