FCPS-I examination is conducted four times in a year however,a candidate is allowed to appear only in
three examination in one year.

The Computer based examination may be conducted for 2-3 days depending upon the number of
candidates.

2. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR FRESH & REPEATERS

All Candidates applying for said examination must complete Step-1 and Step-2 of their online examination application.
STEP-1 Select Registration type Fresh or Repeater and fill application form.
Before proceeding step-2 ensure that you have converted all your original documents in PDF format and paid your exam fee on or
before the dates mentioned above.
STEP-2 Upload all required documents in PDF format with fee receipt and submit your application form.

3. EXAMINATION FEE Total Fee: Rs. 15,050
● Origional Bank draft/pay order in the favour of CPSP must be submitted to CPSP Regional Center or finance
department CPSP Karachi.
● Form number & name must be mentioned reverse side of bank draft.
● Fee submitted other than designated branch of UBL(as mentioned on fee challan ) will not be acceptable.

4. R E F U N D OF F E E
Fee shall not be refunded nor carried over to the next examination under any circumstances, after the closing
of last date for Withdrawal of applications. 75% of the fee (excluding late fee) may be returned under the following
circumstances.
● Application for withdrawal from the examination if received on or before the specified date.
● Rejection of the application by CPSP on account of ineligibility.
Application for refund must be fill and submit on your e - Portal Account.

7. ELIGILIBILITY
1) M.B.B.S. (B.D.S. only for FCPS-I in Dentistry) or equivalent qualification registered with Pakistan Medical
& Dental Council.
2) One year House Job in an institution recongised by PMDC /PMC. House Job must have been completed
one month before the date of examination.
3) Valid PMDC/PMC Registration Certificate (Duly Attested) or renewal receipt plus provisional PMDC/PMC
Registration certificate.

8. APPLICATION FORM
Candidates are required to fill up and submit on-line application form. upload application form along with the required
documents plus bank drafts/bank voucher in step II. Origional Bank draft/pay order must be submitted to CPSP
Regional Center or finance department CPSP Karachi.

9. VENUE OF EXAMINATION
THEORY: Computer Based examination is conducted at CPSP Karachi & Regional Centre Lahore,
Islamabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Quetta & Peshawar.
The choice of the city should be clearly written in the appropriate box in the application form.
The CPSP reserves the right to delete a particular centre, or shift the candidates from one Centre to another
on account of logistic reasons.

10. REFUND & OTHER CHANGES

● Application for refund, Change of Subject, Change of Center must be fill and submit on your e - Portal Account.

NOTE: Hard copy/email for Refund(Withdrawel), Change of Subject, Change of center will not be acceptable.
