Flying OUT of China to Philippines

1. International Travel Health Certificate: (Show the generated code )

2. Arrival information and health declaration = Etravel

Passengers must register at https://etravel.gov.ph/ at most 3 days before arrival. This

will generate an 'eTravel' QR code which must be presented at time of check-in and
upon arrival.

3. Customs Pocket Declaration – Shanghai Airport

There’s a QR code to scan before entering immigration.
This needs your seat number so it is best to do it after check in.
Flying IN to China from The Philippines

1. OEC – Balik Manggagawa (This is for the returning OFWs. I suggest you do this
before flying back. The OEC has a validity of 60 days upon issuance. You need a v-
p*-n to do it).

2. PCR Tests – Negative test result WITHIN 48 hours before boarding.

You can do this in a hospital near you. I live in QC and so far this is the most
convenient one for me.

▪RT-PCR test fee: 3,360 pesos

▪Bring valid ID and ballpen
▪24 hours from collection ung result
▪so kapag Saturday ng 2 pm ka nakunan ng sample, Sunday ng 2 pm ang result.
▪Sila ang magcocollect ng sample - dun ka kukuhanan sa hospital.
▪Results will be e-mailed to you.
▪ Ikaw na magprint
▪Result will be within 24 hours from collection of sample
▪walk - in, as of the moment, no need for pre-registration
There are other places which you could take the tests. Be sure that the result is WITHIN 48
hours of your flight.

3. Health Declaration
