Complete List of Required Documents

1. Computerized Passport (valid at least 9 months + all previous passports (if any)
2. Original valid Computerized National Identity Card (valid at least 3 month)
3. Original Degree / Diploma (PPA will guide the attestation process, if required)
4. Medical Fitness Report from GAMCA approved clinic
5. 15 photographs (recent) of passport size with light blue background. Do not wear a
hat/cap or glasses. Please wear dark colored clothes (not white)
6. ID card copy of next of Kin (either father/mother/brother or wife)
7. Two Receipts of Finger Print Scans provided by Etimad Office (details in Step 3)
8. Protectorate Fee. This fee is a legal liability of the candidate under Emigration
Ordinance 1979, Pakistan
9. Briefing Form (details in Step 5)
10. Offer Letter from Employer – Attested from COC & MOFA (Saudi Arabia).
11. Request Letter from Employer (In case of attestation of Degree) – Attested from COC
& MOFA (Saudi Arabia)
12. E-Wakala Authorization from Employer (including Sponsor ID & Visa Number)

Step 1: Medical ( 1 to 5 Days)

Step 1.a
1. Go to GAMCA Website (www.gcc.hmc.org) for medical appointment (agency can get it on
your behalf)
GAMCA Website will issue you a e-token referring you to any one of the authorized medical
centers. Address will be mentioned on e-token.
*Timings: 9am to 2pm (best time to visit is 9am)

Step 1.b
2. Report to the nominated medical center and provide them the e-token issued by GAMCA.
3. Medical center will charge Rs. 7500 (Normal, 3-5 Days) OR Rs. 10,000 (Urgent, same
day) and collect from you the copy of Passport, ID copy and 6 photographs (blue
background, passport size)
4. Medical center will complete all medical formalities such as Blood Test, X-ray and General
Medical.
*Timings: 9am to 4pm

Step 1.c
5. Deposit your Passport, CNIC, photographs and receipt of medical test to PPA
6. Medical Centre takes 3 to 5 days to issue fitness report for normal, and gives same-
day report for urgent.
7. After you have obtained medical fitness report, please email a scan of passport + photo +
medical to PPA office

8. In response, PPA will email you a scan of electronic data form (E-Number).

Step 2: Medical Online (1 to 2 Days – Includes Step 3)

1. Upon receipt of scan copies of passport + photo + medical, PPA will email you a scan
of electronic data form. Electronic number will be stated on left top corner of form.
2. Upon receipt of Electronic Number, please visit the medical center (wherefrom you
took the medical exam) along with original medical report and request them to update the
medical online as per the Electronic Number provided by PPA.
3. Medical center will update the medical report in the online system of embassy and
returns you the original report immediately or after a few hours.

Step 3: Biometrics: Finger Print Scans (1 to 2 Days – Includes Step 2)

1. After you have submitted original medical report to medical center for online update
(or collected it after it has been put online), then visit the ETIMAD office for finger print
scans along with following documents,
a. Original Passport + photocopy of passport
b. Original CNIC + photocopy of CNIC
c. Electronic Data Form (E-Number) provided by PPA via email
d. Pak Rs. 800/-

Upon completion of above two “STEP 2 & STEP 3” you are required to submit/courier your
documents as stated under the title “Visa Processing Requirement” to PPA Office

Step 4: Visa Processing by PPA (1-2 Days)

1. After receipt of documents from your end, PPA will submit case to embassy for visa
endorsement.
2. Upon endorsement of visa from embassy, PPA will contact you again
3. Upon submission, if the case is perfect, embassy takes anywhere between 1 to 5 days for
visa endorsement.
4. Till visa is endorsed, please wait patiently

Step 5: Briefing ( 1 Day)

1. PPA will provide you a briefing form

2. You are required to visit protectorate government office.
3. Attend a briefing/orientation session, and undergo biometrics (finger print) again
here.
4. Briefing officer will sign the briefing form and return you.
5. You have to submit signed briefing form to PPA office
6. IMPORTANT: Briefing/Orientation session can be attended at any stage before visa
endorsement as well.

Step 6: Protectorate / Government Formality (1-2 Days)

1. Protectorate is the last step of the process. (1-2 days)

2. PPA will complete the process and get your passport stamped from Protectorate
Office
3. Please do not book your ticket unless protectorate is stamped on your passport.

Note 1: Degree Attestation, if required from Saudi Cultural & Saudi Embassy requires
anywhere between 20 to 35 days. A total of 4 attestations are required: HEC, MOFA,
Saudi Cultural, and Saudi Embassy. The first two, HEC & MOFA need to be done by the
candidate himself. For the last two, Saudi Cultural & Saudi Embassy, PPA can provide
attestation services on behalf of the candidate.

Note 2: Time-line (Best case scenario) is anywhere between 10-15 days (in a case where no
degree-attestation is required). However, time-line may vary depending on candidates’
keenness to complete process & employer’s speediness for providing required mandatory
documentation. Time-line variation may also be subject to weekends (holidays), national
holidays etc.
