Student Visa Checklist –

1. Original Passport & 1 copy notary attested (old & new).

The passport requires validity to cover the Course duration and it should have 4 continuous blank pages
for Visa stamping.
2. Notary attested copy of 10th certificate
3. Notary attested copy of 12th certificate
4. Notary attested copy of Diploma/Degree /Master’s certificate
5. Notary attested copy of Mark list of Diploma /Degree/ Master’s (Individual Mark list is mandatory)
6. Other Certificates relevant to your chosen program. (If any )
7. Notary attested copy of Transcript ( If applicable)
8. Notary attested copy of Council Registration (If applicable)
9. Notary attested copy of IELTS certificate
10. Notary attested copy of all Experiences certificate and supporting documents like offer letter, relieving
letter, Pay slips, appraisal letter etc.
11. Gap Explanation ( If you have any academic or experience gap for more than 6 months should provide
clarification with adequate evidence)
12. Copy of Letter of Acceptance from College.
13. Copy of Payment receipt from college for the 1st Year Tuition fee. Please make the 1st Year Tuition
fee payment before due date mentioned in the offer letter from the College.
14. GIC certificate from Scotia bank/ ICICI bank by transferring the 1st year living cost amount of 10,200 CAD

15. Embassy Visa fees & Biometrics Fees - Rs.13,600/- (as CASH Payment)

16. Photos (3.5cm x 4.5cm without borders, white background and face focused) 3 no’s for Visa submission.
 17. Medical proof from Designated Medical Practitioners (For medical: Original passport & 1
copy, & Rs.6000/-, Letter of Acceptance and photographs are required)

• Kindly ensure that you carry police clearance certificate while travelling to Canada if you are going for

Please note you require PAN CARD for Bank Transactions like Tuition fee and GIC payment. The
student should ensure that he/she has a single savings account as per your passport name in any of
the nationalized or scheduled bank.
